I want to hear from you...

Well as some of you know (if you've read October 7th post), Mark and I have a 'few' baby names! You also will see that they aren't all that common. But lately I've been liking a few very old fashioned names.
I would like to hear from you, the total truth, on how you feel about these names:
Baxter- Baker
Maverick- Wild in action & thought
Theodore- Divine Gift
Malcolm- Dove (which symbolizes peace)
Beatrix- Bringer of Joy
So now, let me know your opinion!!!

i like them, expecially marverick, in a christian context.... but doesn't it carry a connotation of rebellion? (but then, rebellion against what? hehe)

I like old fashioned names, I'm a little tired of the weird names that were a fad for a while.

I like all these names! One name I totally love is Theophilus (friend of God) but can you imagine the poor kid in elementary school?! I think you've got a good mix of unusual/meaningful/not awful going on here. Well done!

I love Baxter, Maverick and Beatrix. You could shorten Beatrix to "b" or "trix", I love old fashioned names too.
